Flavors by Stokes is the assumed name of Flaming Chicken Foods, LLC, in Dallas, Texas. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect on flavorsbystokes.com and the choices you have.
What you tell us
When you order, pick your weekly meals, send a catering inquiry, or join our email list, we receive what you type — your name, email, phone, delivery address, and any notes, like allergies or a veggie swap. Our forms reach us through a form service called Formspree. We use this to cook your order, deliver it, and contact you about it.
Payments
Checkout happens on Square. We never see or store your full card number.
Delivery
Your name, delivery address, and phone go to our delivery partner so your driver can find you and text you.
If you order or join our list, we may email you through Mailchimp — the weekly menu, reminders, and order updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and pixels
This site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel. They use cookies and similar technology to measure how people use the site and how our ads perform, and Google and Meta may use it to show you our ads on their platforms, including Google Search, Facebook, and Instagram. That means third parties, including Google and Meta, may collect or receive information from this site through these tools.
What we share with them is limited to page visits, plan size, and order totals. We never send your allergy notes, dietary choices, or the meals you pick to Google or Meta. The site also uses your browser's own storage to carry your ZIP and your order from one page to the next.
